What a Tuesday?

This morning in my 8:00am class with Kristen, I did a variety of fitness activities. An obstacle course, jumped rope for 15 min, and ran for about 15 min. My heart rate was fluxuating between 140 and 160 all day.

In 272, we played ships and sailors, and alaskan/siberian/run til you puke kickball. I pretty much was the MVP. I scored 9 points on one kick. Booyah. My heart rate was at 150-170 bpm. And it was fun on top of everything.

Late today I have our first intramural softball game. I pretty much am going to throw a no hitter. called it. We are going to dominate.

Ultimate Frisbee to the Extreme

While we were playing ultimate frisbee in class on thursday my heart rate was at approx 155-160 bpm most of the time. I was very sore from the push-ups, and the running for the whole weekend. I believe that it was an excellent activity for fitness, and if I had opportunity I would do that more often.

F'n A Cotton

In my 8:00 am class on tuesday and thursday, my heart rate was elevated to at least 150-160 bpm. We were doing fitness activities for PE classes. It pretty much was like an aerobic conditioning class. Ridiculous.

Ricky Bobby

If you don't chew Big Red, well then (expletive) you.

While on the treadmill on Thursday's class, my max heart rate got to 140, and it was steadily at 120-125.

Dear Baby Jesus,
I hope Chuck has watched the movie Talledega Nights.
Amen.

Gus Chiggins

I am pretty sure that the MET level copmendium must be rigged. There are certain activities that do not have the correct level. But I did my calculations for the physical activity, and my calculations sya I burned 3912.3 kcal by shoveling snow at work on saturday morning. BIG NUMBER SATURDAY. My heart rate probably would have been around 140-150 bpm. Straight guess there though.
